Monica is a very knowledgeable representative. If I had questions or issues she was very honest and helpful. My house sold in record time and I barely lifted a finger. Monica is the best!

I was fortunate to meet Monica several years ago when dealing with a foreclosure property. Monica work was efficient, effective and resulted the sale of the Foreclosure of a new home. The 2nd time I had a foreclosure Monicas assisted the Bank when the tenant moved out. Got the property cleaned and make ready condition. That house sold quickly as well. I can not say enough on the work she does for her clients. Monica always conduct herself in a professional manner, best customer service I have experianced in the banking business.Should we have another foreclosure in her area I would not hesitate to contact Monica once again for assistance in the sale of the property. I highly recommend her.
